MediclaimSaathi is NOT a law firm, advocate practice, or insurance intermediary. We do not provide legal advice, represent consumers in court, or file complaints on behalf of policyholders. All grievance letters and petitions are approved by you and sent in your own individual name.
1. Nature of Services
MediclaimSaathi provides algorithmic analysis of health insurance repudiation notices against publicly available IRDAI regulations and judicial precedents, followed by human administrative document structuring.
2. No Guarantee of Claim Approval
MediclaimSaathi makes no warranty or representation that any insurer, Bima Bharosa portal, or Ombudsman bench will rule in your favor.
3. Fixed Pricing & Refund Policy
The fee for Basic (₹49) or Pro (₹99) is a one-time fixed charge that adds 2 or 4 checks to your account; credits add up and never expire. If our generated document contains provable regulatory errors that invalidate your grievance, a full 100% refund will be issued.
4. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
